Lakeside does a great job! I've used them since moving to Mooresville and have had great experiences with them. We recently did our winter tune up and Scott was a total professional - tuned up our furnaces & went through our maintenance schedule and let us know we needed to change our filers more often because of our dogs. He also looked at our HVAC pan drain and cleared them since they were partially blocked - saving us an unexpected head ache in the spring. I definitely recommend Lakeside HCAV. Read Less

This company has been excellent for us since we found them (they resolved an issue that plagued us for a couple of years that multiple other companies couldn’t). Kyle came out this morning and was fantastic! He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and wanted to make sure he wasn’t going to interfere with anyone else in the house when he had to check the other thermostats and vents. Technician Scott Griffin was on time, very professional and helpful. I believe he did a very thorough job on the system maintenance and explained everything he did in easy to understand terms. I have been very pleased with Lakeside Heating and Air , have used their services since 2018. The office staff and the technicians have always been very professional, friendly and responsive.
